Today, my boyfriend told me that he loved me.

When I asked why, he took out a list. It was 337 reasons long, and he said he had a pen in his back pocket in case he remembered any new ones.

When I woke up in the hospital he was in a hospital bed next to mine as he had suffered a minor concussion. He looked at me, smiled, and said "I promised I'd always catch you."

One day after a big rain fall I I saw a little girl in her driveway.

She was throwing worms into the grass.

I asked her what she was doing. She said that she was saving their lives because every creature, no matter how icky, gets a chance at life.

I laughed and said "Why don't you give it to me in ten years." He said "It's okay, I can wait."

10 years passed, and I received the same teddy bear with a note saying "I waited for ten years, and I still love you."
