My grandpa is 85 years old.

Today, I just found out that ever since his wife, his true love, had died, he put roses on her grave every Sunday.

The drive is 2 hours away from where he lives. She was 29 when she died.

I was walking away from chemistry lab upset because my roommate, lab partner, and best friend told me he didn't want to be friends with me anymore.

As I was walking away, he opened the window to the chem lab and yelled across the courtyard, asking me to marry him.
