A few weeks before my grandma passed on, I was speaking to her over the phone.
The last thing she said to me was "We see the same moon in the sky at night, always remember I'll be here with you, no matter how far I've gone."
  
Everytime I look up at the night sky, I remember those words. Her LGMH.
